Aurora City Council declared a Stage I Drought effective April 7.

To help protect our water supply, outdoor watering is limited to two days per week, with no watering between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.

We are also asking residents to hold off on turning on irrigation systems until after May 15, as cooler spring conditions typically provide enough natural moisture for landscapes.

These measures are designed to reduce outdoor water use by 20% during dry conditions.
