Meet Gina, the owner of Gina's Kitchen. After learning she had a number of food allergies, she decided to make her own meals. What started out in her kitchen has now expanded into a gluten, egg, dairy, and peanut-free bakery and bistro. The bakery and bistro is located at the Parkside Eatery on the corner of Alameda and Sable. Gina's Kitchen offers dine-in, takeout, and online orders, as well as providing a Grab-N-Go section with prepacked goodies, sandwiches, salads, and various grocery items.
