Did you know about 80% of Colorado teen girls say they've actually had to miss school, because they didn't have access to period products? That's why Colorado non-profit, Justice Necessary, organized a two-day Period Packing Party in Aurora. Dozens of volunteers put together thousands of period kits that'll be given to struggling students in both the Aurora Public and the Cherry Creek School Districts. The one-month supply will help make sure the girls won't have to miss out on summer fun.
