An Aurora family finally has a first-floor, accessible bathroom thanks to the Home Builders Foundation, KB Home and a number of other community partners. Their young daughter, Elin, has cerebral palsy and mom has cancer, so carrying Elin to the upstairs bathroom has been difficult. Now, though, thanks to the amazing new addition to their home, life is just a little easier.
