It's a Memorial Day weekend tradition in Aurora - Colorado Remembers.  This year's event, as always, took place at the Colorado Freedom Memorial.  It honors generations of our state's fallen veterans as well as those still serving today.

2026 marked the 13th annual Colorado Remembers which also this year commemorated the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence as well as 150 years of Colorado statehood.

The event included a touching tribute to the fallen, a ceremonial laying of wreaths, military displays and much more.
