Jenna Winn competes in track and cross country for Eaglecrest High School, and is AuroraTV’s Athlete of the Month from Cherry Creek Schools for May 2026. Winn is a two-time state qualifier in track and cross country, earned first-team all-league honors in both, and helped Eaglecrest finish second in the state as a team the past two seasons. She finished second in the 5A 800-meter race this month and carries a 4.4 GPA in the classroom.

Oscar Mejia, a boys volleyball player from Gateway High School, is AuroraTV’s Athlete of the Month from Aurora Public Schools for May 2026. Mejia was named first-team all-league after helping Gateway win the league championship with a perfect 9-0 record. He finished top six in the league in kills, hitting percentage, and blocks, while leading the league in aces. Mejia also excelled in the classroom with a 4.56 GPA.
