The first-ever "Catrina Ball" is coming to the Aurora Central Library, and you're invited!  It's a special, limited-ticket event featuring larger-than-life catrinas to celebrate and honor Día de los Muertos (Day of the Day).  There will be culinary temptations and libations as well as live music and dancing. One of the catrinas stopped by AuroraTV this week to help us learn more. Also on this week's show, Aurora's interim city manager is now the finalist for the job; a national honor for an Aurora 911 dispatcher who's helped save lives in our community for more than two decades; the Cherry Creek School District unveils a first-of-its kind school and treatment center in Aurora for students with mental health issues; and Aurora's Art in Public Places program celebrates 30 years. Those stories and many more this week on Aurora Now.
