Leadership Aurora is a program through the Aurora Chamber of Commerce that brings together community leaders to learn more about the city, build connections, and make a positive impact through service.

Each year, the Leadership Aurora class selects a local nonprofit to support through a community project. This year, members chose Sēb's Recreation Center after being inspired by founder Keithan Holiday's story.

Keithan created the center alongside his son, Sēbian, who lived with a rare muscular disease. Together, they dreamed of creating a place where people of all abilities could exercise, socialize, and feel a true sense of belonging. Although Sēbian passed away just months after the center opened in 2018, his vision continues to touch so many.

With the help of Leadership Aurora, Sēb's Recreation Center has undergone major renovations, updating the space and making it more accessible, welcoming, and functional for everyone who comes through its doors.
