The vice president of El Salvador came to Aurora on December 13.  It's one of the highest dignitary visits to our city ever.  The third highest foreign-born population in Aurora is from El Salvador, and our city is also home to the El Salvador Consulate. The visit will help further promote cultural and economic ties between Aurora and the Central American country. The trip was organized by the Aurora Office of International and Immigrant Affairs.
