Love wins always. That's the theme of Aurora's 7/20 Memorial Foundation, and it also sums up the 10th anniversary event for the theater tragedy. It was called, "Metamorphosis," to symbolize the transformation of the victims' families, the survivors and our community over the past decade. It included an inspirational Hero's Journey 5K organized by one of the survivors; some colorful chalk art created by the family of one of the victims; a Reflection Ceremony; and much more. We have complete coverage this week on AuroraNow. Also on the show, we introduce Aurora's new poet laureate; explain RTD's, "Zero Fare for Better Air" program; and meet some players from the national champion Mile High Blaze women's football team. They're based right here in Aurora.
