Start Time (in seconds)
End Time (in seconds)

Jimmy Day has helped teachers in Aurora, and all across the country, get some well-deserved recognition this past year as Colorado's Teacher of the Year. As he heads back to being the music teacher and band director full-time at East Middle School, he takes a look back at his historic achievement. Also on this week's show, Mayor Coffman looks ahead to what 2024 has in store for Aurora as part of his State of the City address; the Aurora Police Department introduces us to some standout athletes behind the badge, including a former Denver Broncos player; and a new exhibit at the Aurora History Museum celebrates the storied 95 year history of the Aurora Public Library. Those stories and many more this week on Aurora Now.
