An Aurora home recently went up in flames in less than a minute. Firefighters say our dry and windy conditions helped fuel the fire, and having vegetation and other items too close to the structure may also have contributed. That's why Aurora Fire Rescue is offering simple but important steps we should all take to help keep our homes safer.
