For the meat on stove top(4) Lbs. Beef chuck pot roast, cut in quarters(1) Lb. Beef Cross-Hind Shank with bone(6) Garlic cloves

(8 - 10) Slices of bacon
(2) Medium baked potatoes, shred with skins peeled
(8 - 10) Large scrambled eggs and about an ounce of water
(1) lb. Large dried elbow pasta
(1/2) Cup butter
(1/2) All purpose flour
