Black cats often get a bad rap, but they don't deserve it. That's why the Aurora Animal Shelter and Tallyn's Reach Library recently teamed up to host the first-ever, Black Cat Adoption Event on Friday the 13th. The goal? To stop silly superstitions and show folks how sweet, loving and special black cats are.
