Our community comes together to kick off Aurora's 40th annual, week-long commemoration of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The opening ceremony focused on King's vision of justice, service and unity. It's just one of many events taking place in Aurora throughout the week to honor the life and legacy of the civil rights leader. Also on this week's show, the city's Office of International and Immigrant Affairs host its first Hispanic-focused business conference to encourage entrepreneurship; we get an up-close look at a new Aurora restaurant created by two celebrated chefs offering a unique take on Mexican food; and wait until you meet our student Athletes of the Month - they're both considered among the best, one in swimming and the other in hip-hop dancing. Those stories and many more this week on Aurora Now.
