The monarch butterfly's migration is still as mysterious as it is amazing to scientists and butterfly fans alike. These beautiful butterflies need our help, and one way to do this is by joining us in the Monarch Watch project.

The Aurora Animal Shelter is looking for people to foster kittens.

Aurora's Park, Recreation and Open Space Department just hosted their annual Party for Pollinators event in the Aurora Water-wise Garden. It was a chance for all ages to learn about the importance of pollinators.

The beautiful but dwindling Monarch butterflies are making their way through Aurora as part of their annual migration.

"Prehistoric Aurora" at the Aurora History Museum looks at what our city was like millions of years ago, and what creatures called the area home.  The exhibit is on display through April 5, 2026.

Girl Scouts Colorado offers summer camps starting in June. 

They joined AuroraTV in studio for a fun preview.

The City of Aurora, along with volunteers from Sam's Club, planted ten new trees at Utah Park for the city's "Greener Communities, Brighter Futures" initiative.

The High Line Canal is hosting 71 cleanups in 2025, one for each mile of the canal.  Volunteers are making a difference in keeping the trail clean, and enhancing the ecological health of the area.
