The History of the Gully Homestead in Aurora, Colorado.

Homestake Reservoir is located on Homestake Creek in the West Slope's Eagle River basin, not far from the Holy Cross Wilderness. Completed in 1967, the original filing for the Homestake water rights was made in 1954.
