Josh Pollack opened Rosenberg’s Bagels & Delicatessen at Stanley Marketplace in 2017, bringing a taste of New York’s food scene to the suburbs of Colorado. After Rosenberg’s closes for the day, Famous Original J’s Pizza, another of Pollack’s creations, opens its doors. The pizzeria offers a variety of options, from classic New York-style Margherita to build-your-own pies.
