Charlene and Robert Thai opened Misaki at Stanley Marketplace in 2017. Since then, it has become such a fan favorite that they outgrew their initial 400-square-foot location. In the summer of 2024, they moved down the hall to a larger space. The bigger kitchen provides more room for chefs to prepare Misaki's newest items geared toward vegetarians. However, these aren't your average cucumber and avocado rolls; instead, the dishes use a blend of flavors and meat substitutes to replicate the sushi rolls they're famous for.
