Aurora special education students get a hands-on lesson learning how to “Recognize a Responder” courtesy of the Aurora Police Department, Aurora Fire Rescue and Falck Rocky Mountain. We have that story, plus, Aurora Water and Mayor Coffman ask you to take the pledge, and help Aurora win the National Mayor’s Challenge for Water Conservation. You could win $3,000 to pay for your utilities and score a new car for your favorite charity – we’ll show you how; Aurora’s Parks, Rec and Open Space Department is looking for volunteers to wrap trees at the Aurora Reservoir, and you might be surprised to learn what critter is the cause; and did you know Trolley Trailer 610 at the Aurora History Museum once served as someone’s bedroom?
