Yurima Crowley, founder of I Love ME Gems, and a Venezuelan immigrant, helps other women who are new to this country by teaching them how to make jewelry and providing a place to bond with others.  ME stands for manos emprendedoras, which means entrepreneurial hands, and signifies loving yourself, and what you're able to create with your hands.
